  • Contact & Delivery Details: Your full name, shipping address, billing address, email address, and mobile phone number.
  • Payment & Transaction Details: When you make a purchase, payment is processed securely through RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (such as Razorpay or Cashfree). We NEVER collect, see, or store your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, net-banking passwords, or UPI PINs on our servers. For Cash on Delivery (COD) return refunds, we collect your verified UPI ID or bank account details solely to execute your refund transfer.
  • Device & Browsing Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and pages viewed, collected automatically via standard cookies and analytics pixels (such as Meta Pixel and Google Analytics) to improve site performance and show relevant product recommendations.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal data strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

  • Order Fulfillment: To pack, dispatch, deliver, and process size exchanges or returns via our warehouse management system (Unicommerce) and courier partners.
  • Transactional Communications: To send critical order updates—including order confirmations, COD verification prompts, live AWB tracking links, and refund notices—via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email.
  • Fraud Prevention: To verify Cash on Delivery (COD) orders and protect our store against Return-to-Origin (RTO) abuse.
  • Marketing Communications: To send new drop announcements or exclusive discounts (only if you opt in; you may unsubscribe or reply STOP on WhatsApp at any time).

3. Sharing Your Information
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We disclose necessary information only to trusted service partners:

  • Infrastructure: Shopify Inc. (storefront hosting) and Unicommerce (inventory and multi-channel order synchronization).
  • Courier Partners: National delivery aggregators and couriers who require your name, delivery address, and phone number to complete doorstep deliveries and reverse pickups.
  • Payment Processors: Regulated Indian payment gateways to complete online transactions and issue refunds.
  • Law Enforcement: Only when strictly required by applicable Indian laws, court orders, or governmental authorities.

4. Data Security & Retention
We maintain commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal data. We retain order records only for as long as necessary to fulfill legal, tax, accounting, and warranty obligations under Indian law.
