When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and approved by our team, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Absolutely! We offer size exchanges for the same product, subject to availability. Just follow the standard return process and mention the new size you need in your email to our support team.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of payment methods, including all major Credit Cards and Debit Cards, UPI (like GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and most popular mobile wallets, all processed securely through Razorpay.
Can I apply a promo code or gift card at checkout?
Yes! If you have a valid promo code, you can enter it in the designated field on the cart or checkout page to receive your discount.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Our team works fast to get your order out the door! Because of this, we can only modify or cancel an order within a very short window after it's been placed. Please email us at support@meedeeshop.com as soon as possible with your Order ID, and we'll do our best to help.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship to all states and union territories within India. We are working on bringing MeeDee to the world, so subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when we start shipping internationally!
How long does shipping take?
We're as excited as you are to get your order to you! Our team processes orders within 1-2 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and a link to our courier partner's website. You can use that to follow your package's journey right to your doorstep.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
While we trust our delivery partners, occasional delays can happen. If your order is significantly delayed or you believe it's lost, please contact our support team immediately at support@meedeeshop.com with your Order ID, and we'll launch an investigation right away.

How do I know what size to order?

Do your clothes run true to size?

How should I care for my MeeDee clothes?
To keep your MeeDee pieces looking their best, we recommend checking the specific care instructions listed on each product page. As a general rule for most of our items, a gentle machine wash with cold water and line drying is the safest and most sustainable option.
The item I want is sold out. When will it be back?
